Firsts
Introducton Firsts make up the majority of the population. They are part animal, with physical and mental traits. These traits were recieved when CV was fought off by the animal blood injected into a First's bloodstream. Most common are those with blood from animals kept as pets; cats, dogs, hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, goldfish, parakeets. Snakes and other reptiles are not uncommon.
Personality Defects This species is often impulsive and ruled by instinct. They have a selfish tendency and will do all they can to survive. Canine Firsts are loyal while felines keep more to themselves with no regard to the rules.
Physical Defects Herbavoir-blooded Firsts have trouble keeping meat down and vice-versa with carnivoir Firsts. Also, those with avian blood tend to grow massive wings and some eventually become capable of flight. Felines often grow whiskers and their eyes mutate, impairing their color vision while greatly improving their night vision. The majority is more physically capable than the average human.

Seconds
Introduction Seconds are humans immune to the CV virus. They consider themselves superior than Firsts and mutants, though they lack the physical capability of Firsts and are frightened of the mutants' strangeness.
Personality Defects The majority of Seconds are, contrary to popular belief, not narcissistic ego-maniacs. Unfortunately it is this minority that is the most powerful in the society. They baby the others with free resources and have no respect for the Firsts.
The majority is taught to fear the Firsts and the mutants. Seconds are all terribly gullible and weak-minded; the selfish minority is grotesquely shallow while the majority goes along with whatever they say because that way they'll get whatever they want.
Physical Defects Not as strong as the Firsts, but not terribly weak. They're lazy, though, but that is more a personality thing than a physical one. In general, their physique is the same as your average present day human.
Mutants
Information Mutants are people who react differently to the CV virus. They are not immune, but though they are deformed by the sickness it also gives them super powers, similar to the way it makes Firsts part-animal.
Personality Defects In general, there are two groups of mutants; passive and rebellious. The passive ones are the quiet ones who want to stay as far away from the Seconds and pretend they don't exist. The rebellious ones openly protest and get violent often. Mutants are all prone to mood swings and get upset or angry easily. They don't like large groups and are usually unorganized. They live either alone or in small groups with never any more than ten members.
Physical Defects They have hideous defects; too many or not enough limbs, body parts in the wrong places, deformed body parts. And then there are their powers, which should be, in some cases, considered as mental defects. Some of them can read minds, others teleport. For some of them gravity has little effect on them and can jump hundreds of feet into the air. For the most part they are subtle powers, the ability to see clearly for miles, ability to track people by their scent and heightened hearing.
